BioI graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in East Asian Languages and Cultures. Studied abroad for a year in China, and have been interested in China for a while.
After graduation, I've been working at NAPCA (National Asian Pacific Center on Aging) for two years now. It's a non-profit organization that helps seniors find work after retirement, to keep them active. Lots of office work there.
Meanwhile, I have gotten back in touch with an instrument of love - the mbira. Its music is beauty to me; soulful music that touches the soul, moves the spirit, and heals the mood. It can move to cure lonelyness at times.
After much that went on - and thought - I've finally come to terms for physical therapy as a career choice. I am presently pursuing a physical therapy education, and hopes that that will come through.
